Refugee Action Program
The Refugee Action Program is an evolution of the Refugee Brokerage Program, which operated from 2005-06 to 2008-09.
This program will empower newly arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants to:
- More fully participate in and engage with their local communities;
Plan tailored, community-owned responses;
Access existing services;
Foster enhanced local capacity and improved settlement outcomes; and
Identify local issues and concerns;
Organisations seeking to be a part of the Refugee Action Program are now being invited to submit an Expression of Interest (Word 1455 kb).
