Cultural Precincts and Community Infrastructure Fund
Applications are currently open for the Small and Major Capital Infrastructure grants.  Applications can be submitted from 5 May 2012 until close of business 8 June 2012.  Grants are available to culturally and linguistically diverse community organisations for the restoration or construction of community-owned facilities, and to local councils across Victoria to enhance cultural precincts.Read more>

Multicultural Festivals and Events
Please note the Multicultural Festival and Events Grants round closed on 13 April 2012. Applications are now being assessed by the Community Strengthening Team. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application in June 2012.

Unity Through Partnerships
Applications for this grant category opened Monday 27 February and closed on Friday 13 April at 4pm.

Senior Citizens
Applications for Multicultural Senior Citizens Organisational Support closed on September 30, 2011. Groups were notified of the outcome of their applications in January 2012. Cheques were presented in February/March 2012.

Major Round
All other grant categories sit within the major round. The 2012 grants round (for projects to be delivered between 1 July 2012 and 30 June 2013) is presently in its assessment phase.

The Major Community Grants Round will open again in October 2012.  This will be for projects or programs conducted in the 2013/2014 financial year.

Who is eligible?
In order to receive a grant from OMAC, and most other funding bodies, your group will need to:

Accountability Report
An accountability report must be completed once the funding money provided by OMAC has been spent. It includes details of what items or services were purchased with the funds and the events or programs it supported. Go to Accountability Report page.
