Applications for the VMC Community Grants Program 2015-16 have now closed.
Outcomes of grant applications in this round are anticipated to be announced mid 2015.

Victorian Multicultural Commission
Organisational Support Grants
Provides financial assistance for the general costs associated with running community organisations.
Multicultural Senior Citizens Organisational Support Grants
Supports ethnic senior citizens clubs to hold regular social and community strengthening activities.
Strengthening Multicultural Communities Grants
Supports community organisations to undertake projects that address the unmet needs of Victoria's CALD communities.
Community Languages Schools Program Grants
Provides funding support to out-of-hours community languages schools within Victoria.
Promoting harmony: Multifaith Initiatives and Interfaith Networks
Provides funding to projects that bring that bring together different faith and community groups to promote social cohesion, understanding and acceptance among Victoria’s diverse faith communities and within the wider Victorian community.
Buildings and Facilities Improvement Grants
Assists ethnic community organisations to undertake minor upgrades or improvements to buildings and/or facilities that they own.
Multicultural Festivals and Events Grants
Supports major festivals, conferences and special ethnic community events that encourage the participation of the broader community in celebrating and valuing cultural diversity.
Office of Multicultural Affairs and Citizenship
Unity Through Partnerships Grants
Provides funding of up to $100,000 for projects undertaken in partnership by two or more of Victoria’s diverse ethnic, cultural and religious communities, that culminate in a public festival, event or gathering.
Multicultural Community Infrastructure Fund
Provides funding to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) community organisations and local councils to restore or construct community facilities used by CALD communities and enhance streetscapes in cultural precincts across Victoria.
Cultural Precincts and Community Infrastructure Fund
Provides funding to culturally and linguistically diverse community organisations for the restoration or construction of community-owned facilities, and to local councils across Victoria to enhance cultural precincts.
Peak Multicultural Organisations Grants Program
Assists peak multicultural organisations in their core operations, program development and/or strategic planning activities, with a particular focus on investing in rural and regional Victoria.
