Ambassadors for Multiculturalism is a Victorian Government and Victorian Multicultural Commission program bringing the passion and personal stories of high-profile Victorians together to promote the benefits of multiculturalism with Victorians.
The program aims to shine a positive light on the contributions of all cultures to our state, and importantly, to demonstrate how cultural diversity enriches all Victorians.
Launched on 16 October 2018 at Melbourne Museum, Ambassadors for Multiculturalism aims to promote positive stories and conversations that celebrate our diversity and the benefits that it brings to Victoria.
A range of ambassadors will share their personal experiences of cultural diversity with media, at events and across digital channels over twelve months, inspiring other Victorians to share their stories and creating conversations that strengthen bonds in our communities.
